Natural Form Zone Air
The Natural Form Zone Air cushion provides maximum comfort for patients in need of long term care or patients in need of pressure relief due to later stage decubitus ulcers. This technology allows air passage through the three zone cushion chambers to adjust according to a patient's weight as well as position. Each zone has a valve for manual control air flow creating a customized fit. The Zone Air cushion cover is fluid proof with low moisture vapor transmission (MVT) rate. The cover also allows for breathability between patient and cushion and a non-skid bottom to prevent unwanted movement.

Natural Form Visco
The Natural Form Visco cushion is an excellent choice for patients in need of maintenance of vulnerable pressure sensitive areas, including pressure ulcers. The two-inch top layer of visco-elastic "memory foam" provides optimal comfort and excellent distribution of a patient's body weight. A one inch base layer assists in posture support. The cover provides low vapor transmission, preventing fluids from penetrating the cushion, and is also low shear. A non-skid bottom provides cushion stability.

Natural Form Gel
The Natural Form Gel cushion is a low profile cushion containing two layers of foam and a gel bladder. The cushion contours to the patients body which relieves pressure on the ischial and coccyx areas of the pelvis. The base foam and top foam together provide stability and support while the gel pad assists in the reduction of patient shear. This 2.5" core is contained within a fluid proof outer cover with a non-skid bottom surface.
